IQS is based in Liverpool, New York, and has been serving the needs of local government since 1999.

Info Quick Solutions, Inc. (IQS) is a New York State Corporation founded in 1999, specializing in records management services.  Our mission is to provide excellent services and superior products for the records management needs of local government.  We have a particular expertise in land records.

Our founder, Bernie Owens, has over 30 years experience in the records management field.  Before starting IQS, Bernie was the president of the largest land records services provider in the United States.  He has overseen numerous industry innovations and improvements during his career.

We provide a wide range of records management solutions to municipalities of all sizes.  We have successfully managed numerous projects using micrographics, imaging, and indexing to develop the most cost effective and practical records management solutions for our customers.

All of our work is provided by our highly trained staff at our Liverpool, New York facility which contains its indexing, imaging, and microfilm operations.  IQS is proud to employ the talented people of our community and we do not outsource any project.
